i really need to study. today..i received my crim law assignment. a wonderful C+. exactly what i predicted. still, i was a lil disappointed. but i still went for dinner at HV crystal jade with my CG. geelian vic juggie-baby jesslyn and joel. quite a shiok dinner. after that, jugs vic and i came to LAW and alas..we were convinced to go to KTM with xiaohui. alas and KTM RAMLY was closed so we went LAU PA SAT. we had banana split, indian rojak, and satay. hello..where is the studying?

i hate crim, i am fine with tort and i love contract. i like mooting, i hate writing memos and i am confused about legal theory and sls. i am a through and through fact skeptic and legal realist. so we should stop studying altogether since these precedents and so called rules wont give us the answers we seek. it's all so uncertain. the judge is king. hmm...

sunday night wass great. andrew is the man(RESPECT brother, RESPECT). susie is damn funny. and all the singing was soooo fun. i seriously want to karaoke! on the night of the last damn paper!!!!!! but i still love contract. though i got C last sem.
