The facts have been well known to all involved and as such there is no need for the regurgitation of them here.

Judgment:
I have had the benefit of reading the scholastic and academically brilliant judgements of my learned friends in the recent spate regarding the moratorium. With due regard to interests of fairness, justice, certainty, equality, and progress for our nation(WE are Singapore, WE are Singapore, we will stand together hear the lions roar), i concurr with Lords OBL of Hougang, AM of Edinburgh. (emphasis added)

Judgment with costs.
Appeal disallowed, for there is no higher court.
